The blond lady at the reception, the most descent and intelligent person among all the staff. She was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for transportation and nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was top-notch. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to parking and public transportation. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The blond receptionist, incredibly helpful. Descent staff, great customer service. Intelligent personnel, knowledgeable about the area. Efficient and friendly hotel staff.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to breathtaking hiking trails and stunning views. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace during our stay. a fantastic experience!
The bar staff could have been more attentive and less absent.

Had the best Easter at a hotel. The indoor swimming pool was so clean and the perfect temperature. The staff was beyond amazing, especially the blonde lady at the reception who was always friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and near all the shops and restaurants. We also loved the free breakfast, which had a great selection of food.
The gentleman at the bar was a bit strange. He kept disappearing to smoke and when we asked for help to open the pool, he was a bit rude.

The staff was helpful and polite. the front desk receptionist is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. the location of the hotel was fantastic as it is near major roads, making it easy to get around. I enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast choices available.
The person manning the bar was a bit disappointing. the bartender kept leaving to smoke, leaving customers waiting for service.
